Last week S3S traveled along with S3M, S3N and S3B for a 2 night camp in Canberra. For many of our students, this was guaranteed to be an exciting experience as it was their first time many of them have been on school camp! The first day was an early and cold morning but despite the 6am alarms, all students were prompt and buzzing to go at roll call. We visited many of Australia’s iconic sites such as the National Museum, CSIRO Discovery, Parliament House and, of course, Questacon just to name a few. One of the highlights of the trip has to be the outstanding behaviour each student demonstrated whilst representing their school in a public forum. In particular the respect and enthusiasm that was maintained throughout the entire War Memorial visit. Mr Ma and Mrs Perestrelo are very proud and thankful to have been a part of such a successful camp with S3S!
