Thank you to all the parents that came along to our first meeting, it was great to see so many faces. Being a part of the P&C meeting is an opportunity to make new connections, meet teaching staff and to learn about school initiatives.
The Parents & Citizens (P&C) Community is a welcoming, dedicated, all inclusive, open group who strive to improve our children's school learning environment and resources - Everybody is Welcome!
Our 2nd meeting of 2018 will be held on Monday 19th March, 7.30pm. The location of the meeting will be in the staff room (the School Office building). We will start with the Annual General Meeting followed by the General Meeting.
We hope to see you there.

Following the AGM
At AGM, all current positions becomes vacant. A new team of P&C Executive members will be elected. The Executive Committee members include:
1 President, 2 Vice Presidents, Treasurer and Secretary.
We are looking for new and existing parents to run for the Executive Committee member roles. Accordingly we are seeking nominations for the P&C positions that are required to be filled.
If you wish to hold an Executive position listed above you must be a financial member of the P&C. If you would like to nominate yourself or someone else (with their permission) for a P&C position, please complete the attached nomination form and return via email ssps.pnc@gmail.com by Friday 16 March 2018.
Not yet a member? No problem!
You can become a financial member by filling out the attached Parents & Citizens Membership Form. Place the membership form, AGM nomination form and your $1 membership fee into the YELLOW P&C box in the school foyer. Once again, NO LATER than Friday 16th March 2018.
