You will need an Access Key to be able to access information on your student. Please check your email account that is registered with the school for an email from us. If you have not received an email, please let the school office know; your email address is either outdated or incorrect.
Common Troubleshooting:
I have forgotten my password:
Please email: strathfies-p.school@det.nsw.edu.au asking for a new password or your username to be sent to you.
I have forgotten the email address I signed up with:

Constant Loading Screen on App:
1. Log out and log back in again. When you type the school, make sure you CLICK the school, not type it the whole way in.
2. Log in to the portal through a web browser i.e. on your computer or through Safari/Chrome. On the left, select "My Access". Click the red button that says "Link App Account".
I Didn't Get An Access Key Email:
1. Check your email for an email from Strathfield South Public School.
2. Check your partner's email account.
3. Call the school to confirm the "Family" email address on file.
The Portal Does Not Show My Child:
1. Find your original email from the school that has an Access Key in it. A mix of upper and lower case letters. Log in to the portal on a web browser - not through the app. Go to My Access on the left and input the Access Key.
I Can't Book An Interview:
1. Are you using the parent portal to book? We no longer use the School Interviews website.
2. Be aware that ALL language teachers are listed. You will need to ask your child who THEIR language teacher is.
I Booked The Wrong Interview Time/I Booked With The Wrong Teacher:
1. Please call or email the school to inform them of the teacher, date and time of the incorrect booking.
I Used The School Interviews Website To Book An Interview:
1. You need to log in to the parent portal and book through there. If you booked using the School Interviews website and a 5 digit code (from a green note), you have booked a session with the Tech Team for help with the Parent Portal - NOT a parent teacher interview.
